PROCUREMENT OF LEASEHOLD IMPROVEMENT OF LOCAL HEALTH INSURANCE OFFICE (LHIO) BENGUET CY 2025
1. In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the PhilHealth Regional Office -CAR, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites PhilGEPS registered suppliers for the negotiation for the Procurement of Leasehold Improvement of LHIO Benguet CY 2025, in accordance with Section 35.1 (Two-Failed Biddings) of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 12009, otherwise known as the “ New Government Procurement Act.”
2. The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is One Million Seven Hundred Eighty Five Thousand Two Hundred One Pesos and 60/100 (PhP 1,785,201.60).
