Description : A. PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The project entails the procurement of a warehouse facility to provide a storage space for the repossessed assets/equipment of DBP Leasing Corporation.
B. OBJECTIVES
The objective of the project is to ensure the safety from theft and mitigate the deterioration of the assets/equipment. It is preferred to lease publicly-owned real property or venue from other government agencies that complies with the requirements of the DBPLC. The location of the real property or venue to be leased should have been meticulously selected by the DBPLC after taking into consideration, among others, the need for prudence and economy in government service and the suitability of the area in relation to the mandate of DBPLC, its accessibility to its clients, and the level of security in the proposed location.
