Description : Philippine Normal University South Luzon intends to lease a venue for CONVERGE: Strengthening Process Alignment for Institutional Growth on December 10-12, 2025, with an Approved Budget of Contract amounting to Three Hundred Sixteen Thousand Pesos (Php 316,000.00).

In this regard, PNU South Luzon invites all qualified suppliers and service providers to submit their quotations no later than 3 p.m. on December 2, 2025, for all items described under the attached Terms of Reference, along with the following requirements:

1. Latest Business/Mayor-s Permit
2. Valid PhilGEPS Registration Number/Organization ID/PhilGEPS Certificate of Registration
3. Latest Income or Business Tax Return
4. Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement (GPPB prescribed format), accompanied by proof of authorization if applicable.
