The Special Development Fund - Project Management Office will be conducting In House Writeshop on the Enhancement of BMOA-S Accomplishment Report for FY 2020-2023 and intends to lease a venue with meals for the said activity in accordance with section 53.9 (Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement) of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
