In line with the Tourism Industry Skills Program (TISP), the Department of Tourism is assisting several stakeholders in the conduct of various training programs to address tourism skills gaps, upgrade HRD practices for tourism industry for increased customer satisfaction, enhanced competitiveness and profitability in the tourism sector.

As part of our thrust to Food Safety for the Food Service Industry, we wish to offer you the leading international standard tool to enhance food safety entitled: Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) Food Safety Management System (FSMS) training course Codex- and ServSafe-based specially customized for hotels and restaurants.

This interactive, participant-centered workshop combines the CODEX General Principles of Food Hygiene and the HACCP System Application, with the US NRA 2017 SERVSAFE® Food Safety Program for Hotels and Restaurants.
