Venue inclusions:
- Fully airconditioned rooms.
- Sturdy platform/stage per venue
- Complimentary use of LCD screeen and projector
- Tables & chairs for the number of pax with comfort and physical distancing, speaker's table, secretariat table (front and back),
- At least 5 microphones, extension wires, with strong wifi connection (at least 25 mbps)
- PWD facilities
- Signages or venue (emergency exit, rest room, etc.)
- Assigned service associates
- Flowing brewed coffee and water

Note:
- Inclusive of electricity charge for LED wall installation
- Allow preparation time 6AM to 11 PM. Schedule of function will be provided for guidance."
