Lease of Venue including Meals and other Incidental Expenses exclusive for use of NAMRIA Employees during the Team Engagement Activity to be held on 05-06 June 2015, preferably in Laiya, San Juan, Batangas. Rating Factors should include 1. Availability , 2. Location and Site Condition , 3. Neighborhood Data, and, 4. Venue.... A bid is determined to be RESPONSIVE if it is at least 85% to be rated by the Technical Working Group.
