Description : REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

The National Meat Inspection Service (NMIS) through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) is inviting interested parties to submit a proposal/quotation for the hereunder the project:
Name of Project: Lease of Venue, Including Board and Accommodation for the Meat Inspection and Safety Examination (MISE) Test Item and Writing Workshop on June 1-5, 2025 in Laguna

Approved Budget
for the Contract (ABC): Php 220,000.00

The lease of venue, including meals and accommodation, will be undertaken in accordance with Section 53.10 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulation Act No. 9184.

Open quotations may be submitted on or before May 9, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. to the Bids and Awards Committee-s office at the National Meat Inspection Service, 2nd Floor MIDTC Building, No. 4 Visayas Avenue, Brgy.
