1) The DepEd, SDO Biliran, through the FY 2025 GAA Funds intends to apply the sum of Four Million Two Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos (P4,240,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Lease of Venue with Food Provision and Accommodation for the Conduct of Various Trainings/Workshops/Orientations (Goods-2025-022). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The DepEd, SDO Biliran now invites bids for the above procurement project . Delivery of the Goods is required within November 2025 or at the dates scheduled by the proponent of each activity after the acceptance of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
