1. Charge to billing
2. Must be PhilGEPS registered. Supplier must submit a copy of its certificate of registration with PhilGEPS, copy of updated business permit, and copy of income of tax return.
3. Venue space can accommodate up to 60 max number of pax.
4. With free flowing drinks (coffee, juice). Available water dispenser in the venue during the activity.
5. The supplier must provide a presidential table (8-10 resource persons) and a registration table (2-4 personnel).
