INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
LEASE OF VENUE WITH MEALS AND ACCOMMODATION FOR THE CONDUCT OF TRAINING ON INCIDENT COMMAND SYSTEM (LEVEL 2)

1. The Provincial Government of Masbate, through LGU-s Annual Budget as Approved Budget by the Sanggunian, FY-2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Sixty Three Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php1,963,500.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Lease of Venue with Meals and Accommodation for the conduct of Training on Incident Command System (Level 2) (Project I.D. No. IB-Goods-011-2025). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Masbate now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required is upon issuance of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
