  Description : The Sangguniang Kabataan of Pinagbuhatan, through the SK Funds CY 2026, intends to
  apply the sum of eight hundred thousand pesos (P800,000.00) only being the ABC to pay for
  the PROCUREMENT OF LEASE OF VENUE FOR CAPACITY BUILDING
  ACTIVITIES OF THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF PINAGBUHATAN, PASIG
  with Purchase Request No. 2026-02-002 to be charged through the SK-s General Fund-MOOE.
  Bids received over the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  The Sangguniang Kabataan of Pinagbuhatan now invites bids for the above Procurement
  Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should
  have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a
  contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the
  Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
