● Function Room can accommodate 100 participants
● Inclusion of AM Snacks and Lunch for 100 pax
● Waived electricity charges for the use of laptops, printers, projectors, and cell phone chargers
● Must have an LED Wall at least 8.2X6.5 feet in size
● Must have complimentary internet access in the function room
● Operational and standard audio/video system
● Provision of extension cords/electrical outlets for the laptop of the participants
● Pads, and pencil
● Provision of at least 3 microphones and batteries
● Lighting system bright enough for reading
● Technical Support
