The Municipality of Baras hereinafter referred as “the lessee”, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invite interested parties to submit quotation for Lease of Venue and Hotel Accommodation for the Conduct of Seminar Workshop and Team Building on September 24-26, 2025 through Negotiated Procurement/Lease of Real Property (Sec. 53.10, IRR of R.A. No. 9184) with Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of One Million One Hundred Pesos (Php 1,100,000.00).
DELIVERABLES:
a) Location of the venue to be leased should be accessible to commuting public and must accommodate at least One Hundred Five (105) pax;
b) Conference Hall/Space Requirements must accommodate at least One Hundred Five (105) pax;
