The Department of Education-SDO Valenzuela City through Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) and its Secretariat, intents to procure the Lease of Venue, and Ac-commodation with Meals Package to conduct the Enhancing ALS Senior High School Teacher's Competence in Teaching and Learning using Technology Inte-gration and Active Learning Strategies through Section 53.10 (Negotiated Pro-curement-Lease of Real Property and Venue) of the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
