Description : Lease of Venue with Accommodation (Full Board) and the Use of Hotel Amenities for Conduct of Implementation of Personnel Development Related Activities on November 17-21, 2025

1. Daily serving of Assisted Meals - Breakfast (6:30AM- 8:00AM), Morning Snacks (9:30-10:00 AM), Lunch (12:00-1:00 PM) and Afternoon Snacks(2:30-3:00 PM), Dinner (6:00PM-7:00PM) daily assisted individually. The first meal to be served on Day 0 (zero), November 16, 2025 is Dinner while the last meal will be Breakfast on Day 6 (Departure) November 22, 2025.

2. Standby focal persons and enough number food attendants to facilitate the efficient serving of meals and snacks.

3. Meals will serve with 3 Main dish (Pork/Beef, Chicken and Fish)
