Lease of Storage Area/Warehouse

1) The Amang Rodriguez Memorial Medical Center, through the General Appropriations Act for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Nine Hundred Thirty-Two Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety-Nine Pesos and 92/100 Only (PhP6,932,899.92) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Lease of Storage Area/Warehouse with IB N0. PB-SERVICES 2025-07. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Amang Rodriguez Memorial Medical Center now invites bids for the Lease of Storage Area/Warehouse with IB N0. PB-SERVICES 2025-07. Delivery of the Services is required upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
