Lease of Semi-Industrial and Heavy Duty Document Scanners (Lease of Scanners)

1) The Department of Budget and Management (DBM)-Central Office, through the FY 2026 National Expenditure Program (NEP), intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Fifteen Thousand Pesos (P1,615,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “Lease of Semi-Industrial and Heavy Duty Document Scanners (Lease of Scanners)”. For the purpose of early procurement authorized under Section 12 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009, the proposed budget under the FY 2026 NEP shall be used as basis. Further, consistent with the requirement in Section 12.4 of the same IRR, no award of contract shall be made until the approval and effectivity of the FY 2026 General Appropriations Act. The period for the performance of the obligations under the Contract shall not go beyond the validity of the appropriation for the Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
