Lease of Office Space
Dear Sir/Madam:
The Department of Transportation - Cordillera Administrative Region is seeking quotations for the lease of office space with the following minimum requirements:
Project Details
• Location: Within Baguio or La Trinidad, Benguet, accessible via public transport
• Floor Area: 700 - 1000 sqm usable space
• Facilities:
o Good structural condition
o Fire safety systems
o Comfort rooms on the same floor
o Parking for at least 20 vehicles
• Lease Term: 1 Year, renewable
• Target Start: September 1, 2025
• Approved Budget: One Million Eight Hundred Ninety Six Thousand Pesos only (P1,896,000.000) for 4 months (inclusive of taxes) or Four Hundred Seventy Four Thousand Pesos (P474,000.00) per month.
