Lease of Photocopying Machines for Three Years

1. The Presidential Management Staff (PMS), is undertaking the procurement for the Lease of Photocopying Machines for Three Years and intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos (PhP1,000,000.00) for Lot No. 1, and One Million Seven Hundred Thirteen Thousand Five Hundred Sixty-Four Pesos (PhP1,713,564.00) for Lot No. 2 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for every year of the three (3) years multi-year contract, to payments under Purchase Request No. 2025-01-0008. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
