Request for Quotation/Proposal for the Renewal of Regular and Recurring Services (Section 18) of the following:

OFFICE-SPACE-LEASE/RENT

A. Technical Specification/s.

Office with at least a total floor area of 165 sqm, must be located on the ground floor, and the provision of separate comfort rooms for males & females, with the provision of parking lots for at least 3 4-wheeled vehicles and preferably located near the National Road for easy access and easy to locate.

B. Qualification.

Lessor must be a reputable real estate developer and has been in the business for at least five (5) years.

C. Duration of the Contract.

The lease term shall be for a period of one (1) year to commence on January 1, 2026.
