I. PROJECT TITLE
Lease of Office Space for the DMW Regional Office IX

II. PROJECT BACKGROUND AND RATIONALE
The Department of Migrant Workers Regional Office IX requires a new, consolidated, and adequately sized office space to accommodate its operational functions and personnel. The current working area is no longer sufficient to meet service delivery standards, especially considering the increased number of frontline and technical personnel and the need for specialized client-handling spaces.
The procurement of the office lease shall comply with RA 9184, its IRR, and GPPB Guidelines on the Lease of Real Property and Venue.

III. OBJECTIVES
1. To secure a functional and accessible office facility of at least 600 sqm that meets the needs of 41 personnel.
2. To provide appropriate divisions, client service areas, and specialized rooms required by DMW operations.
3. To ensure that the office complies with safety, accessibility, and operational requirements for government offices.
