LEASE OF MULTIFUNCTIONAL COPIER MACHINE FOR NCR
SOUTH ATAS AND BRANCHES

1. The Pag-IBIG Fund Area Technical and Administrative Services (ATAS)-NCR
South, through the Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of One
Million One Hundred Sixty Two Thousand Four Hundred Eighty-Seven Pesos
and 04/100 only (Php1,162,487.04), inclusive of all applicable taxes, being the
Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the
Rebidding for the Lease of Multifunctional Copier Machine for NCR South
ATAS and Branches. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Pag-IBIG Fund through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), ATAS-NCR
South now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods
is required within the period prescribed in Section VI (Schedule of Requirements)
