Description : 1. The DARRO-CALABARZON BAC now request for the submission of price quotations for the lease of eight (8) brand new photocopier machines.

2. Interested suppliers must submit their valid and current Mayor's/Business Permit, PhilGEPS Registration Number, Omnibus Sworn Statement and Bid Proposal.

3. The bid proposal and eligibility documents together with the Request for Quotation must be submitted on or before April 18, 2025, at 10:00am, in a sealed long, brown envelope addressed to:
