The service provider shall provide the rental of eight (8) sets of Space Technology Application interactive exhibits, as follows, subject to the following requirements:
1. Diwata-1 Replica
2. Diwata-2 Replica
3. Maya-1 Replica
4. Satellite Orbits
5. Reaction Wheels
6. Satellite Camera
7. Near Infrared Imagery
8. Amateur Radio Unit
A. Performance/Design Requirements
1. Must include shipping/trucking services, airfare, inland transportation, installation, manning and dismantling of exhibits, accommodation, and meals of two (2) technical staff.
2. PhilSA must not be held liable for any damage that occurred during the transportation of items, packaging, and assembly.
3. Each exhibit material must include all accessories like exhibit stands, frames, tables, board, etc.
