1. The National Printing Office (NPO), using a single-year Framework Agreement (Outright Determination of Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid under GPPB Resolution No. 27- 2019), through the Government of the Philippines under Revolving Fund 2025, intends to apply the sum of Eighty Million Pesos (₱80,000,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Lease of 1 Lot Various Machines with Provision of Technical Support and Services Including Consumables broken down as follows:
