1. The National Printing Office (NPO), using a single-year Framework Agreement (Outright Determination of Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid under GPPB Resolution No. 27-2019), through the Government of the Philippines under Revolving Fund 2025, intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thirty Million Pesos (Php 230,000,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Lease of 1 Lot Various Machines with Provision of Technical Support and Services Including Consumables broken down as follows:
