1) The LEGAZPI CITY WATER DISTRICT through the 2025 Corporate Budget for the contract approved by the Governing Board intends to apply the sum of Three Million Nine Hundred Eighty-Three Thousand Six Hundred Eighty-Two Pesos Only (Php3,983,682.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Sol. No. LCWD-2025-094 Volumetric Water Meters - Regular Stocks (Supply and delivery of one lot -1/2" dia. Volumetric Water Meter w/ tail piece, 3/4" dia. Volumetric Water Meter w/ tail piece and 1" dia. Volumetric Water Meter w/ tail piece. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
