1. The LEGAZPI CITY WATER DISTRICT, through the 2025 Corporate Budget for the contract approved by the Governing Board intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Thirty Thousand Pesos Only (Php1,930,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for LCWD-2025-066 Electromagnetic Flow Meters and Data Loggers (Supply and Delivery of 1 lot - 4” dia., 3” dia. & 2” dia. Electromagnetic flow meters and Data Loggers for Flow and Pressure Monitoring). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The payment terms shall be within sixty (60) calendar days from date of complete delivery and acceptance.
