INVITATION TO BID FOR AIR RELEASE VALVES

1. The LEGAZPI CITY WATER DISTRICT, through the 2025 Corporate Budget for the contract approved by the Governing Board intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Five Hundred Twenty and 50/100 Pesos Only (Php699,520.50) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for LCWD-2025-035 Air Release Valves (Supply and delivery of 1 lot - 2” dia. and 1” dia. Air Release Valve Combination). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The payment terms shall be within thirty (30) calendar days from date of complete delivery and acceptance.
