1. The LEGAZPI CITY WATER DISTRICT, through the 2025 Corporate Budget for the contract approved by the Governing Board intends to apply the sum of Two Million Two Hundred Eighty-Nine Thousand Pesos Only (Php2,289,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for LCWD-2025-017 Submersible Pump, Motor and Other Appurtenances (Supply and delivery of 1 lot-50 HP Submersible Pump, 50 HP and 5 HP Submersible Motor, 30 mm2 Submersible Cable, 50 HP Motor Controller with VFD, Double Throw Safety Switch for 50 HP Motor, 10 HP and 5 HP Motor Control Panel/Box). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The payment terms shall be within ninety (90) calendar days from date of complete delivery and acceptance.
