INVITATION TO BID FOR STAINLESS STEEL REPAIR CLAMPS

1. The LEGAZPI CITY WATER DISTRICT, through the 2021 Corporate Budget for the contract approved by the Governing Board intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Thousand Five Hundred Eighty-Five Pesos Only (Php100,585.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for LCWD-2021-131 Stainless Steel Repair Clamps (Supply and delivery of 1 lot - 4” x 8” (for Pipe OD: 110mm), 3” x 8” (for Pipe OD: 90mm) and 2” x 8” (for Pipe OD: 63mm) Stainless Steel Repair Clamps). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The payment terms shall be within thirty (30) calendar days from date of complete delivery and acceptance.
