General Conditions:
1. The Supplier shall submit a certificate or proof of authorization as a distributor/provider of the items offered upon submission of their quotation.
2. The Supplier shall deliver the goods/services in accordance with the description
and quantity specifications.
3. The Supplier shall deliver all Goods/Services at an indicated office of the SSS.
4. The Supplier warrants that the Goods/Services are designed and suited for the
requirements of SSS.
5. With at least one (1) year warranty for all items.
Delivery Terms:
- Within Seven (7) Calendar Days upon receipt of approved Purchase Order
