1. The LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES (LANDBANK), through its 2025 Corporate Operating Budget approved by the Board of Directors intends to apply the total sum of Four Million Five Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos Only (Php4,520,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Three (3) Years Services of a Certifying Body for LANDBANK-s ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) Re-Certification and ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Management System Pre-Audit with Project Identification Number LBP-GIBAC-ITB-GS-20251119-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
