The LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES (LANDBANK), through its 2025 Corporate Operating Budget approved by the Board of Directors intends to apply the total sum of Nine Million Three Hundred Twelve Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy Eight Pesos Only (Php 9,312,778.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the One (1) lot Supply, Delivery, and Installation for the Replacement and Upgrading of Air Pressurization System for the Exit Staircase of LANDBANK Plaza Building Including the Supply of Technical Expertise, Labor, Tools, Materials and Equipment with Project Identification Number LBP-GIBAC-ITB-GS-20250923-03. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
