53,963 pcs. LANDBANK Polo Shirt (Honeycomb Cotton)

1. The LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES (LANDBANK), through its 2025 Corporate Operating Budget approved by the Board of Directors intends to apply the total sum of Eighteen Million Eight Hundred Eighty Seven Thousand Fifty Pesos (P18,887,050.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 53,963 pcs. LANDBANK Polo Shirt (Honeycomb Cotton) with Project Identification Number LBP-GIBAC-ITB-GS-20240730-01(2), Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LANDBANK now invites bids for 53,963 pcs. LANDBANK Polo Shirts (Honeycomb) with Project Identification Number LBP-GIBAC-ITB-GS-20240730-01(2). The contract period is indicated in Section VI, Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
