1. The LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES (LANDBANK), through the 2025 Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of Twenty Eight Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (PhP28,800,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contracts for the One (1) Lot Rehabilitation of Existing Concrete Slab and Replacement of Existing Waterproofing System at the LANDBANK Plaza with Project Identification No. LBP-GIBAC-ITB-CW-20251015-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES now invites bids for the One (1) Lot Rehabilitation of Existing Concrete Slab and Replacement of Existing Waterproofing System at the LANDBANK Plaza is indicated in Section VI.
