LANDBANK Caloocan Grace Park Branch Relocation/Fit-out

1. The LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES (LANDBANK), through the 2025 Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Two Hundred Seventy Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy Five Pesos Only (PhP10,279,775.00) being the ABC to payments under the contracts for the LANDBANK Caloocan Grace Park Branch Relocation/Fit-out with Project Identification No. LBP-GIBAC-ITB-CW-20250925-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES now invites bids for the LANDBANK Caloocan Grace Park Branch Relocation/Fit-out Completion of the Works is indicated in Section VI. Specifications. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
