To provide quotation for rental of Sounds, Lights, LED and
Documentation (Photo, Video and Same Day Edit Video)

Video documentation during the judging.
Photo documentation during the judging.
At least 100 printed photos shall be provided after the event.
The supplier should produce a 5 minute video documenting
of the activities.
Sound System, Lights and LED:
The supplier shall provide basic sound system set-up.
The supplier shall provide at least 8 PAR LED Lights.
The supplier shall provide at least 4 wireless microphones
and 2 wired microphones.
The supplier shall provide 12 feet x 9 feet LED
A camera for the live feeding
The supplier shall provide at least 10 operators during the event.
