Description : The Provincial Government of Antique, through the Trust Fund 2022 Healthy
Learning Institutions Pilot DOH WV CHD1 intends to apply the sum of One Million
One Hundred Twenty Nine Thousand Two Hundred Eighty Four Pesos (Php 1,
129, 284.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments
under the contract for Laptop, Office of the Provincial Health Officer, San Jose,
Antique. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at
bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Antique now invites bids for Laptop, Office of the
Provincial Health Officer, San Jose, Antique2using the Competitive Public
Bidding. Delivery of the Goods is required within seven (7) calendar days upon
receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, at least
50% of Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), a Single Largest Completed
Contract (SLCC) within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of
