The National Irrigation Administration - Ilocos Norte Irrigation Management Office, through the CY 2026 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Eighteen Million Three Hundred Sixty Thousand Four Hundred Eight Pesos 96/100 (Php 18,360,408.96) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Laoag-Vintar RIS, Package 2; Proposed Construction of Canal Lining and Terminal Facilities; Repair of National Irrigation System Fund; CY 2026 under Contract No. INIMO-2025-12-047. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
