Description : 1. The Department of Transportation (DOTr), through the General Appropriations Act of CY 2024 - Continuing Appropriations (Locally Funded Projects) intends to apply the sum One Hundred Nine Million Three Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-Nine Pesos and Thirteen Centavos (Php109,395,629.13) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Laoag International Airport Development Project (Construction of Parallel Taxiway). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DOTr now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required two hundred seventy (270) calendar days inclusive of pre-determined unworkable thirty (30) days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regula...
