Description : 1. The Department of Transportation (DOTr), through the General Appropriations Act of CY 2024 - Continuing Appropriations (Locally Funded Projects), intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Sixty-One Million Three Hundred Forty Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty-Nine Pesos and Eighty-Seven Centavos (Php161,340,989.87) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Laoag International Airport Development Project (Construction of Multi-Purpose Hangar, Construction of Elevated Water Tank, Relocation of Drainage System, Construction of Parking Ramp, Construction of Service Road, and Construction of CHB Security Fence). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
