ITB No. 01 - GOODS - 2025

1. The Local Government Unit of Buluan, Maguindanao Del Sur through the 20% Development fund for the year 2025 intends to apply the Total Sum of One Million Pesos (1,000,000.00) only being approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Landscaping of Brgy. Poblacion Phase 1.

2. Bids received in excess of the ABC for the lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Late bids shall not be accepted.

3. Delivery of Goods is required within Forty Five (45) calendar days days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within six months from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
