Description : TERMS and Conditions:
1. Prices and specifications for the quotation should be valid for 45 days.
2. Bid should not exceed the Approved Budget for the Contract.
3. DELIVERY PERIOD: within 60 calendar days upon receipt of the Purchase/Job Order.
4. The price/s quoted must include all kinds of taxes and other charges.
5. Quotation/s may be submitted through electronic mail at bac.pili@cbsua.edu.ph

6. Late Quotation/s will not be accepted. For quotations submitted via electronic mail, the date and time of receipt indicated in the e-mail shall be considered.
7. Award of contract shall be made to the bidder/supplier with TOTAL LOWEST RESPONSIVE QUOTATION that complies with all the requirements hereof and is on per lot basis.
