  Invitation to Bid for Land Development of PSAO (COA)
  
  
  1. The Provincial Government of Agusan del Sur, through the Executive Budget F.Y. 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Million One Hundred Twenty Three Thousand Four Hundred Thirteen Pesos and 61/100 Centavos (Php 4,123,413.61) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Land Development of PSAO (COA) at Government Center, Patin-ay, Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur with Contract Ref No. 26-20 LD. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The Provincial Government of Agusan del Sur now invites bids for Early Procurement Activity (EPA) of the above Procurement Project, in accordance with the provisions under Appendix 31 of the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
