“Land Development, Office Repair, and Improvement of the
NTA Cagayan Branch Office Phase I”
(PB 2025-01)

1. The National Tobacco Administration (NTA), through its Corporate Operating Budget for FY 2025, intends to apply the total sum of ₱ 1,925,849.00 with PB No. 2025-01, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payment under the contract for the project: “Land Development, Office Repair, and Improvement of the NTA Cagayan Branch Office Phase I” (PB 2025-01), Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The NTA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required by 80 calendar days, from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
