1. The Local Government Unit of BUGUEY, through the 20% Development Fund, 5% MDRRM Fund and General Fund, intends to apply the sum of SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (P 750,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the LAND DEVELOPMENT OF MUNICIPAL COMPOUND (PH. II) at (Northeastern Side), Centro, Buguey, Cagayan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU Buguey now invites bids for the LAND DEVELOPMENT OF MUNICIPAL COMPOUND (PH. II) at (Northeastern Side), Centro, Buguey, Cagayan. Completion of the Works is required 30 Calendar Days. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents.
