  LAND DEVELOPMENT AT BARANGAY MATTI, DIGOS CITY, DAVAO DEL SUR
  The City Government of Digos, through the 20% LGDF intends to apply the sum of P24,999,898.23 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the LAND DEVELOPMENT AT BARANGAY MATTI, DIGOS CITY, DAVAO DEL SUR (I.B. No. 2025-003-IS). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  1. The City Government of Digos, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 120 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
  
  2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
