The Municipality of Calumpit, Bulacan, through the Memorandum of Agreement with the Department of Transportation and Philippine National Railways intends to apply the sum One Billion One Hundred Forty Six Million Seven Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Seven Pesos and Eighty Four Centavos (Php1,146,799,997.84) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for LAND ACQUISITION, DEVELOPMENT, DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF SIX (6) FOUR (4) STOREY BUILDINGS, FOR 648 INFORMAL SETTLER FAMILIES AFFECTED BY THE NORTH-SOUTH COMMUTER RAILWAY EXTENSION (“NSCR-EX”) PROJECT under 2025-10-09-INFRA Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
